Public bodies have an increasing interest in the quality of mobile connectivity as part of the overall connectivity mix. The challenge is to know where the issues are and how they might intervene to make improvements. In this webinar we looked across all of these elements from capturing and understanding performance data through to potential solutions to improve services. We also discuss about the role of the operators, regulators and local authorities.

• There is still a need for education regarding mobile networks, both within Local Authorities to explain the benefits and issues with build, and the general public to understand that coverage varies across operators and geography
